2 - Replacement Dwelling in Area of Protected Open Land

This small house in Rochdale was in a poor structural state and had been derelict for many years when purchased by the client. The site is surrounded by protected trees and is within an area of Protected Open Land, both major constraints on development potential. Through collaborating with Steve Ingram Associates we were able to work with Council planners to secure approval for a larger dwelling. Under the advisement of our arborist we ensured sure that access to the site could be achieved without damaging some attractive and protected oak trees.
